The reception staff could use some improvements in terms of their attitude and customer service.

The room was spacious, and I loved the fact that it had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. the bathroom had a bathtub, which was a great addition.

the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed during the weekend, resulting in slower service and longer wait times for queries and check-ins.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super comfy and just the right size for one person. It was also really clean and nice. The best part was the toiletries provided by French brand L'Occitane. I loved them so much that I brought them with me on my trip to Bali. The shower and other toiletries offered were top-notch. The staff were pleasant and the hotel is conveniently located near several MRT stations, making it easy to get around this city. I would definitely stay here again.

The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a lovely restaurant and bar area where we enjoyed some delicious meals and drinks. Additionally, the spa and wellness centre provided a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
